We are excited that In the Loop4, coming up 26-28 August at the University of Glasgow, will host a small marketplace to showcase Scottish makers of knitting-related wares: fibre, yarn, jewellery, stitch markers, project bags, etc. The current roster of participants includes The Border Mill, The Border Tart, Ginger Twist Studios, Gong Crafts, Helen Robertson Jewellery, JC Rennie and Co, Queen of Purls, Ripples Crafts, Strathearn Fleece and Fiber, and The Yarn Yard, showing the range from one of Scotland’s historic wool brands to burgeoning entrepreneurs.
We’re looking forward to supporting all of our local talent and hope all of our visitors will be eager to take home some souvenirs from the In the Loop conference marketplace.
